The owners of the hotel were not very welcoming, making my experience uncomfortable from start to finish. Their unwelcoming behavior made me feel like I wasn't appreciated as a paying guest, and they seemed to hold a grudge against me for no apparent reason.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the spacious rooms with two beds. Secondly, the location was superb. It was close to both the city centre and Latimer square, making it convenient to explore the town. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Parking could be a bit challenging, but overall everything was ok.
